Managing your Oxa account Follow
Your account controls access to your exercise progress, goals, and history. Your personal data is not stored on your phone. The data that Oxa stores on your phone is primarily exercises and audio files. Oxa stores personal data securely encrypted in trusted cloud-based servers. When you sign up with Oxa, you create a password to access the app and your exercise history. In order to comply with data protection laws, the minimum age required to create an Oxa account is 16.
When logging in on a new device or if you’ve logged out of the app, you can access your Oxa account and saved data by signing into the app with the original log-in method. Once you are logged in, you can manage your account.
Note: at this time, you access the Oxa Life app with a different account from the Oxa webshop. There is also a separate account to manage your support requests on this site. While you have the option to use the same email address and password, the webshop, app, and support accounts are separated in different systems.

To complete your Oxa account set up by email:
- Following the last step, check your inbox and find the email with the subject line: “Verify your email for Oxa Life”. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or the "all mail" tab.
- In the email, open the link. Verification is complete and may take 1-2 minutes to sync with the app.

Other Sign-up Methods
If you choose to create an Oxa account with Google or Apple ID, Oxa will have limited ability to support you with managing your Oxa account, resetting your password, or managing your data.
The account sign-in method (email, Google, Apple ID) cannot be changed after an account is created. To choose a different sign-in method or to change the email address on an account, create a new account.
To log out of your Oxa account:

- Select your profile in the top left corner. The Settings window appears.
- Select Log out.
- Select Ok to confirm.
To log into a previously created Oxa account:
- Open the Oxa Life app.
- Select Log in, in the top right. If you select Get started, you will repeat the calibration process before being able to log into your existing account. Go back to return to the Log in option.
- Input your Email address and Password, or select the alternative log-in method
Delete an Oxa Life account

Data storage & Privacy
All personal data is encrypted for both transfer and storage, and is kept securely on cloud-based servers located in the EU. Directly identifying personal data (such as names or email addresses) is stored separately from health data (such as exercise history and vital measurements). Health data is pseudonymized and can only be linked back to personal data using a unique key.
Oxa does not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes (what is often referred to as selling the data) without your explicit consent. We will ask you whether you would like to share your data with our partners when we believe this is of benefit to you. You do not have to provide consent, and you can revoke your consent at any time.
We may share your personal data with third-party subcontractors that we rely on to assist us in providing Oxa’s services. Transferring data to our service providers is very different to transferring data to third parties for their own purposes. When data is transferred (shared), service providers only have access to your data when deemed necessary by Oxa. All service providers are bound by a data protection agreement and will only process data according to our instructions. Read the Privacy Policy for complete details about data handling.
